Once SANTA and BANTA went for a picnic. They played all day long and now they felt hungry. They decided to eat some bread and butter. Soon they realised that they had forgot to bring butter. So SANTA asked BANTA to go to the nearby shop and bring some butter. BANTA was not ready to go because he knew that SANTA would eat up the remaing food they had brought. So he took a promise from SANTA that he would not eat anything till he returned. So BANTA goes off to the market. 1 hour passed ... 2 hours passed ... 3 hours passed ... But still BANTA didn't show up. So finally SANTA streched his hands to take an apple to eat. That moment BANTA popped out from an nearby tree and shouted angrily, "I knew you would break your promise." :-) |
